Terms and Conditions

 

General

  • We like to make our terms and conditions simple, plain English and as easy as possible to understand. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification via info@theuniversalneeds.com.
  • These terms and conditions apply to all coaching and mentoring for all Get Momentum Ltd. brands including ClaireBrummell.com and The Universal Needs.
  • Please note that Coaching and Mentoring are not psychological counselling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such or used as a replacement for.
  • Participation in any coaching or mentoring will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • You as the client have sole responsibility for any decisions and actions you may make following coaching and mentoring.
  • Personal information or business information supplied to Get Momentum Ltd in coaching and mentoring sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Get Momentum Ltd. without the client's prior permission, unless in accordance with GDPR guidelines or where required by law.

Packages, Booking & Completion

  • Our introductory coaching/mentoring package is 7 sessions.
  • In order to be eligible for our monthly coaching/mentoring packages you must have completed an introductory package.
  • Sessions must begin within one month of signing up unless previously agreed with your coach/mentor.
  • The number of sessions is agreed based on an assessment of your desired outcomes
  • and current situation, so we recommend completing your full course of sessions to get the best support in creating the outcomes you desire. For this reason we operate a no-refund policy for unused sessions.
  • All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase (unless mutually agreed in exceptional circumstances). Any sessions not completed within this timeframe will be forfeit by the client.
  • For clients who are on a weekly, monthly or any other form of continuous mentoring package, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that sessions are scheduled within each month. Sessions not scheduled within the month will be forfeit unless previously agreed with your coach/mentor.
  • For clients who are on a weekly, monthly or any other form of continuous mentoring package, you must provide a minimum of 30 days notice of pausing sessions, changes to frequency or termination in order that the content of your sessions can be managed and/or completed effectively.
  • In exceptional circumstances (such as illness, bereavement, inappropriate behaviour by the client, other commitments, conflict of interest or other reasons) Get Momentum Ltd. can decide to terminate coaching/mentoring. In such circumstances (and where possible) the client will be given reasonable notice of termination and will be refunded any advance payments for sessions outstanding.
  • There may be occasions where your coach/mentor may suggest that you seek alternative support more suited to current or changing needs. In this situation your coach/mentor will discuss the reasons and options fully with you. It will then be your sole responsibility to decide whether to follow the suggestion of your coach/mentor or not.

Sessions & Assignments

  • Coaching/mentoring sessions are up to 60 minutes in length (unless previously agreed by both parties) – please ensure you are prompt for your session.
  • If you are late for or do not attend a session it will still conclude at the arranged time and will considered complete.
  • Coaching/mentoring sessions take place online via Zoom or Skype (unless previously agreed by both parties). For Zoom sessions you will be sent login details ahead of your session time.
  • You may be assigned tasks or exercises to complete between coaching/mentoring sessions. There is no obligation to complete these tasks, but not doing so may slow your progress in creating the outcomes you desire.
  • You are requested to provide any feedback or notes you on these assignments at least 24 hours before your next session in order that where necessary your coach/mentor can prepare for the session based on this information.
  • Email and phone support between sessions is not included in our coaching and mentoring packages. Emergency sessions for support with unexpected situations can be purchased by contacting your coach/mentor directly. While email support is not included, you are welcome to provide updates and share celebrations with your coach/mentor via email in order that they are aware of any changes in your life between sessions. Your coach/mentor will respond to these in your next session.

Rescheduling

  • The company has a 24-hour reschedule policy. If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, everything proceeds as normal. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or you forget a call, the call will be considered a completed session. To reschedule a session please contact your coach/mentor directly.
  • In exceptional circumstances your coach/mentor may need to reschedule a session; in these circumstances we will contact you to find the soonest mutually convenient alternative time for your session.

These Terms and Conditions are available online at any of our websites. Get Momentum Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
